Summertown Stars AFC are delighted to welcome players aged U7–U13 to our Summer Holidays Football Camp, providing a structured and enjoyable week of football in a safe, supportive, and development-focused environment. Led by experienced coaching staff, and up and coming young coaches, sessions are designed to help players improve technical skills, build confidence, and develop game understanding through a mixture of practices, challenges, and match play. 📅 Camp Information Dates: Location: Times: • Full Day: 9:30am – 3:30pm • Half Day Options Available Extended Care Available: • Morning: 8:30am – 9:30am • Afternoon: 3:30pm – 4:30pm Open to girls and boys aged U7–U13 ⚽ What Players Should Bring To help players get the most from each session, please ensure they bring: • Football kit (football boots and shin pads required) • Clearly labelled water bottle • Packed lunch and healthy snacks (strictly nut-free) • Weather-appropriate clothing (layers and waterproofs where necessary) 📌 Important Information for Parents Coaching and Supervision All sessions are delivered by qualified and experienced coaching staff in a structured and positive environment designed to support both development and enjoyment. Arrival and Collection Procedures Parents or carers must accompany their child to registration at drop-off and collect them at the end of each session. If an alternative adult will be collecting your child, please inform us in advance. Emergency Contact Details Emergency contact information will be confirmed at registration. Please ensure all details are accurate and up to date before the first day of camp. Medical and Additional Needs If your child has any medical conditions, allergies, or additional support requirements, please notify us in advance so we can provide appropriate care. All information is handled confidentially. Behaviour Expectations Our Behaviour Policy is available on the club website. We encourage parents and players to review this before attending camp. Electronic Devices Players should not bring mobile phones, tablets, or other electronic devices unless essential. Any devices must remain stored in bags during the day. Adverse Weather and Cancellations In the event of severe weather disruption, parents will be notified as soon as possible. Indoor activities will be arranged where available.
