⭐ Summertown Stars Summer Holidays Football Camp ⭐ Camp Information 📅 Dates: 📍 Location: Cherwell School, North Site, 3G Pitch 🕘 Times: Full Day 9:30am – 3:30pm / Half Day Options Available ➡️ Extended Care: 8:30am - 9:30am & 3:30pm - 4:30pm 🧒 Girls and Boys | U7–U13 What to Bring ✅To ensure your child is fully prepared, please provide: • Football Kit - Wear your favourite kit, including mandatory football boots and shin pads. • Water Bottle - Clearly labelled • Lunch and Snacks - Healthy options only (strictly no nuts) • Weather-Appropriate Outerwear - Layers and waterproof clothing as required Important Information for Parents 📌Coaching and Supervision - All sessions are delivered by experienced coaching staff in a structured, safe, and supportive environment. Our aim is to ensure every participant develops skills, confidence, and enjoyment of the game. 📌Arrival and Collection Procedures - Parents or carers must accompany their child to and from registration at drop-off and collection. If another adult is collecting your child, please notify us in advance. 📌Emergency Contact Details - Emergency contact information will be verified at registration. Please ensure all details are accurate and up to date prior to the first day of camp. 📌Medical and Additional Needs - If your child has any medical conditions, allergies, or additional support requirements, please inform us in advance. This allows us to provide appropriate care and ensure a safe and positive experience. All information is treated with strict confidentiality. 📌Behaviour Policy - Our Behaviour Policy is available on our website. We encourage parents to review this with their child prior to attending camp. 📌Electronic Devices - Children should not bring mobile phones, tablets, or other electronic devices to camp. If a device is essential, it must remain stored in the child’s bag throughout the day. 📌Adverse Weather and Cancellations - In the event of severe weather resulting in cancellation, parents will be notified promptly and refunds issued in accordance with our terms and conditions.
