Terms and Conditions for Summertown Stars Football Club's Half Term Holiday Football Camp

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Full refunds will be issued if a class is cancelled due to not meeting minimum numbers. No refunds for sessions missed due to personal circumstances. In case of bad weather, a make-up session will be offered or a refund provided.
  2. Liability: Participants engage in activities at their own risk. Summertown Stars Football Club and its staff are not liable for any loss or injury sustained during the class.
  3. Behaviour Policy: The club reserves the right to remove participants without a refund for bullying, misbehaviour, or disruptive behaviour.
  4. Medical and Health Requirements: Declare all medical conditions at registration. Update the club on any changes. Refrain from bringing your child if they have been ill within 48 hours of the class.
  5. Photography and Data Protection: Declare if you opt-out of your child being photographed for marketing. Personal data is managed in compliance with the UK Data Protection Act.
  6. Payment and Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Paid bookings are given priority.
  7. Clothing and Equipment: Participants must wear appropriate clothing and footwear. The club is not responsible for personal equipment.
  8. Attendance and Punctuality: Ensure timely arrival and pickup of participants.
  9. Health and Safety Compliance: Follow all safety instructions. The club may refuse participation for safety concerns.
  10. COVID-19 Policy: Adhere to government and health guidelines related to COVID-19.
  11. Special Needs and Accessibility: Inform the club of any special needs or accommodations required.
  12. Complaints Procedure: Contact the club directly with any concerns or complaints.
  13. Changes to Terms and Conditions: The club reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions and will communicate any changes to registered participants.

By registering for the Summertown Stars Football Club's Football Camp, you agree to these terms and conditions.
