Summertown Stars February Half-Term Football Camp! 📢 We are bringing you the 3G pitch for Camp this February!! 📅 Dates: Monday 16th – Friday 20th February 📍 Location: Cherwell School, North Site, 3G Pitch ⏰ Times: Full Day 9:30am – 3:30pm / Half Day Options Available ➡️ Extended Care: 8:30am - 9:30am & 3:30pm - 4:30pm What you would need to bring: ✅ Football Kit – Weather-appropriate clothing, including football boots and mandatory shin pads. ✅ Water Bottle – Labelled for easy identification. ✅ Lunch & Snacks – Healthy lunch and snacks (No Nuts). ✅ Weather Gear – Layers and waterproofs in case of rain. Key Information for Parents: 📌 Staff Coaching - We guarantee attentive coaching in a safe setting, ensuring your child gets the most out of their experience. 📌 Arrivals & Departures – Please accompany your child to and from for drop-off and pick-up. Let us know if someone else will be collecting them so we are aware. 📌 Emergency Contacts – We will check your details at registration. Please ensure they are up to date before hand. 📌 Health & Wellbeing – If your child has any health conditions, allergies or behavioural needs that we should be aware of, please let us know. This helps us ensure your child's safety, comfort, and positive experience while playing football. All information will be treated with sensitivity and confidentiality. 📌 Behaviour Policy – This can be found on our website and will be sent in an email closer to the camp once booked; please review it with your child to ensure a positive experience for everyone. 📌 No Electronic Devices – We ask that children do not bring phones, tablets, or other electronic devices to camp. If necessary, then we ask they be kept in the child's bag at all times. 📌 Bad Weather & Cancellations – If adverse weather forces cancellation, we will notify you and offer a refund per our terms.
